Winter Holiday Treats
Choconut Balls
Raw Chocolate Macaroons

3 Cups Raw Organic Dried Coconut Flakes
3/4 Cups Raw Organic Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cups Raw Organic Carob
1/2 Cup Organic Dates (Soaked, pitted and mashed. Save the water)
1/2 Cups Raw Organic Coconut Oil
1/4 Cups Raw Organic Coconut Nectar or Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Raw Organic Masquite Powder
1 Tbsp Raw Organic Vanilla Powder
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Soaking Water (From Dates)
Place all ingrediants in a bowl and mix well either by hand or using a mixer if available. Using a teaspoon scooper, scoop mixture into small balls and place on a dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 2-4 hours and enjoy!

Spirulina Popcorn

1/2 Cup Organic Popcorn
1/3 Cup Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Raw Organic Spirulina Powder
Heat 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil in a 3-quart saucepan on medium high heat until melted. Add corn kernels and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat shaking periodically to keep kernels from burning. If needed place remaining coconut oil over lowest heat until melted.
Once popping has stopped completely, remove from heat and carefully pour popcorn into a large bowl. Add melted coconut oil and toss until well covered. Sprinkle in sea salt and spirulina. Toss until evenly covered and enjoy!
